Veda II of Alembic group is now the tallest building to grace the city skyline
Alembic Real Estate launched Veda Il the 22 storied tallest building in Vadodara city. The project is designed keeping in mind the safety of customers, environment friendly and specially the mesmerising view of the city skyline.
Giving details president Udit Amin said, the total No. of Flats are 367 plus 1 refuge flat for emergency escape. We have proper Fire Hydrant system, with Hydrant riser, landing valve Hose box & Hose reel at each tower’s on each floor area. We also have Sprinkler system at Stilt floor for car parking at each tower and most importantly in each flat. Apart from these, there is a DG back up system for Lifts, Staircase lights, Tower Commonilift lobby area lights, External/landscape area lights, pump room lights, Foyer lights, Fire Pump, Domestic pumps, Security cabin, Club House, Sewage Treatment Plant & lights.
Alembic Veda is just not first 22 storied building of Vadodara, but the building has some exclusive environment friendly features which reduces Carbon and makes the building a green building. It has constructed dual plumbing system, where first system is for Corporation water supply while the second system will supply water which is treated, purified and useful in day to day activities like flushing toilets and other daily chores.The treated water is also used to maintain lush green surrounding in the apartment premises.
The entire project has rain water harvesting system, which helps to store the rain water and mantain water levels of the premises.
At Veda II , solar infrastructure is installed for the electrification of street lights inside the premises. They have used Fly Ash in construction and thus contributing towards conservation of environment.

વડોદરા શહેરના તરસાલી બાયપાસ નજીક 40 વર્ષ પૂર્વે ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ગ્રામ્ય ગૃહ નિર્માણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા હિંમતનગરમાં બનાવવામાં આવેલ અને જર્જરિત બનેલ મકાનોના સ્લેબ તૂટવાનો સિલસિલો યથાવત જોવા મળ્યો હતો
શનિવારે સવારે તરસાલી વિસ્તાર ના હિમ્મતનગર માં એક સાથે બીજા અને પહેલા માળ નો સ્લેબ ધરસાઈ. થયો હતો.તરસાલી વિસ્તારમાં ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ગ્રામ્ય ગૃહ નિર્માણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા 40 વર્ષ પૂર્વે 26 બ્લોક માં 456 મકાનો બનાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા પરંતુ જે તે વખતે કરવામાં આવેલી કામગીરી માં હલકી કક્ષા ના રેતી સિમેન્ટ સહિતની ચીજ વસ્તુઓનો ઉપયોગ થતા ગણતરીના વર્ષોમાં જ હિંમતનગરમાં બનાવવામાં આવેલા મકાન જર્જરિત બન્યા હતા અને મકાનોના સ્લેબ તેમજ પોપડા ફરવાની શરૂઆત થઈ હતી.
40 વર્ષ પૂર્વે બાંધવામાં આવેલ હિંમતનગરની ઇમારતો માં અત્યાર સુધી 10 જેટલા મકાનોની છત તૂટી પડી છે. જે અંગે મકાનમાં રહેનાર લોકો દ્વારા કોર્પોરેશન અને સરકાર માં અનેક રજુઆત છતાં કરવામાં આવી હતી તેમ છતાં આજ દિન સુધી ઇમારતનો સમારકામ કે ઇમારતો તોડી નવી ઈમારત બનાવવાની દિશામાં સરકાર દ્વારા કોઈ જાતની કામગીરી નહીં કરાતા મકાનમાં રહેનારા લોકો જર્જરીત મકાનમાં રહેવા મજબૂર બન્યા છે જ્યાબશનિવારે સવારે વધુ એક મકાન સ્લેબ ધરાશાહી થયો હતો.
શનિવારે વહેલી સવારે હિંમતનગરના મકાનના બીજા માળનો સ્લેબ તૂટ્યો હતો અને જે સ્ટેપનો કાટમાળ મકાનના પ્રથમ માળે પડતા મકાનના પ્રથમ માળનો સ્લેપ ધરાસાઈ થયો હતો ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ગ્રામ્ય ગૃહ નિર્માણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવેલા તમામ મકાનો જજ રીત બન્યા છે અને જે મકાનો નીચત અને પોપડા કરી રહ્યા છે જેને લઇ જેની પાસે વૈકલ્પિક વ્યવસ્થા છે તે લોકો અન્ય સ્થળે રહેવા પહોંચી ગયા છે જ્યારે જે લોકો પાસે વૈકલ્પિક વ્યવસ્થા નથી તે લોકો જર્ધરિત મકાનમાં જ રહેવા મજબૂત છે જ્યારે વહીવટી તંત્રએ ઝર્ઝરીત બનેલ મકાન વિશે વિચારવાની જરૂર છે
